I'm Federico Voltolini, born on Lake Como and living in Porto for 10 years. I founded Genuino Italiano in Matosinhos, a restaurant featured by NIT, Press Point and Time Out Porto. I've spent the last decade bringing real Italian cuisine to Portugal — the kind that goes far beyond pizza and pasta. From private dinners to special events, I cook with ingredients sourced directly from Italy and pasta made entirely by hand.
