I own and operate a Personal Chef Service on Vancouver Island. I have over 10 years of professional experience working in places like Whistler for the Number 1 ski Resort Whistlerblackcomb, Nicklaus North Golf Course, NHL Hockey Team, more recently working as a Yacht Chef traveling throughout BC's waters. I'm a culinary graduate and Red Seal Certified Chef. My love for cooking started when I was kid growing up in an Italian household.
