Mostly, my cooking style is in American Regional Cuisine with an emphasis on Modern Technique. Im heavily influenced by Mediterranean and Central American ingredients and love to incorporate other global foods into iconic American dishes. Special Needs Diets and Nutrition are key foundations of my culinary expertise. I also have a strong skill set with Knife work, such as Fruit Carving and Vegetable Arrangements as well as Animal Butchery.
Before Las Vegas I was a Culinary Instructor at a private school in the City of Buffalo,NY. For the past decade I have been learning, practicing, studying and living cuisine. My work experience spans across Western New York, The Adirondacks and now Southern Nevada. Whether you want to sit down and simply eat a great meal or have a personal food demonstration in your home, I can accommodate.
Chef Steve was great. Above and beyond what we were expecting. The pasta class demonstration he gave was very detailed. We now can roll our own pasta at home. One of the best parts of our trip to Vegas.
