My 30 years of professional experience has primarily been split between the SF Bay Area and Honolulu, Hawaii. My Restaurant Chef experience includes cafes, fine dining venues & hotels: all levels of volume. My experience as a Private Chef and Caterer, from 2001 to Now, has enhanced my overall Chef management skills: organization, delegation and communication.
