My name is Christopher Watson. I am a combat veteran of the United states army. I am a father as well as a husband. I have worked at Miramont Country Club honing my skills under the tutelage of Chef Dan Capello, Christopher's world grille and Carino's Italian grille. Most recently, I have opened two hotels, one being the Texas A&M Hotel. I am finishing up my degree in Hospitality Management as well!
