As a Cuban-American, I have deep roots in Latin cuisine. But, I have had exposure to just about any cuisine you could think of! I'm flexible and can create new dishes just for your event, or you can pick from my pre-developed dishes/menus. I am more than willing to tailor a menu to your desires to make your event as memorable as possible.
Hello! I’m Chef Dan! As you can see by my tagline, I am a blend of a classically trained Chef, technical food scientist, and a nutritionist – All three of which I studied in college. I have worked in numerous fine-dining restaurants, bakeries, and breweries over the years, and I am currently a menu development consultant for national restaurant chains. Through all these culinary endeavors, I’ve gained the ability to adjust any of my recipes to fit a wide range of dietary restrictions – Celiac, vegan, lactose intolerant, kosher… You name it, I’ve done it! Overall, I love to cook and I’m happy to share my knowledge and craft with anyone who is willing!
