I am a professional chef with over 15 years of experience in hotel kitchens, where I developed strong culinary skills, discipline, creativity, and attention to detail. I currently work as a Head Chef and have extensive experience in menu development, kitchen organization, team coordination, and private events. I specialize in French cuisine and hold a certification from Escoffier Romania. I am also currently completing my Chef de Cuisine certification. My experience allows me to create personalized menus and deliver refined, restaurant-quality dining experiences in the comfort of my guests’ homes.
