Mexican food because I was born and raised there. I love using citrus, chilli and refreshing herbs such as cilantro, mint and fennel. I am a big fan of seafood as well, my ceviche can be simple or become fancy with tropical fruits. I can cook other dishes but my strong solid are tacos and ceviche because they are are timeless and simple. Less is more.
My previous experience includes working at Mbco Yorkville and at the kitchens of Aramark. I own a restaurant in Mexico as well thus drawing inspiration from there. When I am not cooking I am producing music professionally and spinning tunes at local nightclubs.
