I enjoy making rustic style meals. I use the best ingredients and use local sources whenever possible. Using traditional techniques with modern sensibilities, I emphasize taste and a clean presentation.
I started cooking when I was younger and I still enjoy cooking; both in my home and professionally. I grew up with strong British and French traditions. Working in professional settings is a newer experience for me. I relish the opportunities each day to learn new skills. I am excited to be working towards my Red Seal Certification.
