My favourite thing to cook is something I haven't made before... there are so many varieties and flavours available in this world. Of course I wouldn't experiment at your house, unless thats something you'd like...fusion and deconstruction are fun things to play with, but if you want traditional, I can do that too.
I started cooking when I was 14, for the enjoyment of it, and so I could get to eat whatever I wanted. ;) Have been cooking professionally now for 5 years. Sort of a second career, if you will.
