I'm a Red Seal chef and holistic nutritionist. I worked my way up the culinary ladder in a private golf and country club in Muskoka. I've worked mainly at high end establishments. I've held roles such as executive chef, pastry chef, general manager and holistic nutritionist. I am a private chef and also consult clients in ways they can improve their health through their diet without giving up incredibly delicious food.
