Experienced with Asian, Italian and French cuisine. Worked as a Sous Chef, Executive Chef and kitchen manager at some of the metros' best restaurants including Leaning Tower, Ranallo's on 3rd and Sakari Sushi Lounge. I obtained my culinary arts degree at the Lowa Culinary Institute DMACC.
