I'm an experienced chef with Michelin star cooking experiences with Gualtiero Marchesi, Hotel Eden, and Don Alfonso Iaccarino. My career started in Switzerland as an apprentice 20 years ago. Right after I moved to New York and worked with great French chefs as Jean Jacque Rachou and Charles Masson. My soul and devotion go to Mediterranean cuisine after I met one of my important mentor Don Alfonso Iaccarino.
