I love to use natural ingredients, preferably from small farmers. The quality and the flavour are my strenghts. I combine food and wine, cause my father was one of the most important wine merchant in Italy. I learned a lot from him and this is very important in my cooking style.
I am an italian chef based between Milano, Como Lake and Monza. I work as a chef in a contemporary restaurant close to Milano. I teach cooking lessons and I do cooking shows in Italy.
