I can cook italian cuisine to perfection, with real taste and french kitchen too, as I lived in French for many years and followed different cooking courses and worked in a bistro.I like to cook thai ( I have some thai friends and they enjoy my kitchen, I followe a course) or east asiatic food. I love curries and indian recipes. I practise them at least 3 per week. I also love baking and decorating cakes. I love to use bio and fresh seasonal products

I worked for many years in professional kitchens, in hotel and in cantines, beginning from scratch and developing my own career and taste and flavours. now as a mum I want to have my time, I work on demand to organize parties (up to 50 people) for kids and grown up, and as personal chef in private dinners.
