We hired Chef Mike for my boyfriend’s birthday dinner, and it was the best decision I could’ve made for this celebration. From the very beginning, he took the time to create a custom menu based on my boyfriend’s favourite foods, which made the experience feel really personal. I don’t eat red meat, and he was incredibly accommodating, making adaptations for my dietary preferences without making me feel like I was getting a “second-best” version of the meal. Everything was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. We had around 20 guests, and every single person was impressed by both the quality of the food and the overall experience. We received so many compliments throughout the evening. The portions were generous, the service was seamless, and the value for what we received was exceptional. If you’re looking for a private chef for a special occasion, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him. He helped make the evening unforgettable.
