My cooking style is inspired by my travels. The east coast, west coast, Singapore, Thailand and various parts of Europe are just a few places that I learned from. The ingredients, techniques and cultural understanding I obtained durning these travels allow me to create meals that all can relate to.

Working in restaurants is a love of his but he also enjoys cooking great food in peoples' homes. He is passionate about sharing his culinary exprience and in his spare time he is a culinary instructor at Newbury College.
