THANK YOU CHEF JOE! My girlfriends surprised me with a private chef for one of the nights during my bachelorette party. Chef Joe was on time and did a great job of cooking and cleaning. We had some drama but he kept it super professional and was able to cook and do his thing during the madness. All the food was delicious. We had this chicken bruschetta first, it was so good. Then we had a salad but the dressing was a little too tangy for me. The only thing I noticed was I don't know if he washed the lettuce or not. The entree was amazing. Each of our steaks were cooked perfectly and the potatoes were so good. Each course's presentation was awesome. My favorite, the dessert. THE ANGEL FOOD CAKE WAS AMAZING. Everything was great and thank you Chef Joe for an awesome dinner! We all went to bed after. We were so full!

I had found this service through our house rental on VRBO (this is our first ever experience with a personal chef!). I had planned a long weekend with nine girls for a bachelorette party in Ithaca, NY. Chef Joe made every thing about this process easy! He was always quick to answer/respond, helpful, courteous, and professional. You can also tell he is extremely passionate about cooking. He was very great in regards to working with a price point and creating a great meal that everyone would like! After a very long messaging conversation he had come up with a menu of chicken bruschetta for our appetizer (this was our favorite and it was so SO GOOD!), mango and almond salad (we enjoyed but the dressing was a little spicy), NY strip steak with a tarragon sauce, potatoes, and Brussels sprouts (this was also delicious and the steak was a nice cut + he cooked to each individual persons likeness!), and strawberry shortcake for dessert (he made his own angel food cake! Working with Chef Joseph was a pleasure. He accommodated all our special requests and is extremely professional. Our food was fantastic and we even had enough to eat another dinner the next night. Highly recommend him!

Joseph came to the house we were Renting on the lake. It was a full meal a great salad and an amazing entrée of tuna steaks, it’s all the small details that he adds with exotic sauces and adventurous marinades. Thanks to his fiancée for baking an amazing cheesecake. The food from top to bottom was outstanding and we both would recommend Chef Joseph very highly. After he left we went to the kitchen and realized it looked like no one has ever been there he cleaned it up spotless. Congratulations on the upcoming wedding

For our annual family vacation, Chef Joe came and prepared a Moroccan feast for 12. It was delicious. He was able to put together a fantastic meal that accommodated: meat eaters, vegetarians and gluten free. I would without hesitation give Chef Joe a call next time I visit the Finger Lakes.

I've ate quite a few of Chef Joseph's dinners, he is very skilled and cares about the quality of his meals. I would recommend him to anyone that likes good tasting, well prepared food.

I have had many of Josephs dishes. From simple down home southern to his exquisite Italian dishes. Joseph takes pride in his cooking every dish no matter what and always is coming up with new recipes and meals. We enjoy his company and his southern hospitality.
