THANK YOU CHEF JOE! My girlfriends surprised me with a private chef for one of the nights during my bachelorette party. Chef Joe was on time and did a great job of cooking and cleaning. We had some drama but he kept it super professional and was able to cook and do his thing during the madness. All the food was delicious. We had this chicken bruschetta first, it was so good. Then we had a salad but the dressing was a little too tangy for me. The only thing I noticed was I don't know if he washed the lettuce or not. The entree was amazing. Each of our steaks were cooked perfectly and the potatoes were so good. Each course's presentation was awesome. My favorite, the dessert. THE ANGEL FOOD CAKE WAS AMAZING. Everything was great and thank you Chef Joe for an awesome dinner! We all went to bed after. We were so full!

I had found this service through our house rental on VRBO (this is our first ever experience with a personal chef!). I had planned a long weekend with nine girls for a bachelorette party in Ithaca, NY. Chef Joe made every thing about this process easy! He was always quick to answer/respond, helpful, courteous, and professional. You can also tell he is extremely passionate about cooking. He was very great in regards to working with a price point and creating a great meal that everyone would like! After a very long messaging conversation he had come up with a menu of chicken bruschetta for our appetizer (this was our favorite and it was so SO GOOD!), mango and almond salad (we enjoyed but the dressing was a little spicy), NY strip steak with a tarragon sauce, potatoes, and Brussels sprouts (this was also delicious and the steak was a nice cut + he cooked to each individual persons likeness!), and strawberry shortcake for dessert (he made his own angel food cake!
