roasted tuna shank served with wild grilled broccoli, sweet potatoes spicy mash and on the side a peanuts thai soauce.
Dessert my tart tatin
Pastry dough served with a layer of salty caramel, a layer of chocolate ganache and a perfect touch of raspberry to end the voyage.
