I love being able to improvise and be challenged by my clients' demands. In general, I like BBQ, forest ingredients, French cuisine. I don't think I have a specific style of cooking, it's a mixture of all these local techniques and ingredients inspired by the moment, so as not to waste anything and discover everything!

I am from Montreal Quebec and I offer a zero waste service, with the most local possible and good quality ingredients. I love promoting local farmers and artisans through meals. I have traveled a lot and I love discovering and testing new ingredients! I have organised farm to table events with local farms in New Jersey in the past years. I am developing my list of contacts for farm ingredients around New York and love to collaborate with them and making their product shine in my menus.
