I am a Professionally trained Chef with a Advanced Diploma in Culinary Arts and Pastry Diploma from the City & Guilds of London. I have 13 years experience in the industry and have worked extensively abroad, including Jersey in the Channel Islands, London, Spain and the French and Swiss Alps, I have 5 years experience included in that as a Private Traveling Chef.
