I`m as chef for over 16 years, with experience in Vietnamese and oversea, my food is healthy, balance, and fresh, Experience in Vietnamese, Asian and Western Cuisine, work with top chef in my country David Thai and some talent chef around the world like Andoni Luis Aduzit, Jeanbaptiste Natali... I trained in VTOS for my degree in culinary arts and eventually worked at the Six Senses Hotels Resorts Spas as the Demi Chef De Partie and eventually as the Executive Sous Chef at the Hilton and the Mia Resort Nha Trang (for 5 years).
