My cooking style ranges from modern Cuisine to Mediterranean and even a splash of Asian influence. I like bold flavors, fried-goodness and lots of technique!

I have been working in kitchens since I was 14. I have learned everything from fast food to fine dining. I attended Culinary School and graduated with my Bachelor's in Culinary Arts and my Associates in Culinary Science. I am currently working as a Sous Chef in an Assisted Living Home/Bistro. I also do freelance catering events for extra work when I can!
