My cooking style is that like grandma. Everything is made with love. I think all the tech in kitchens these days takes away from how foods get their truest flavors. My heart and love for food comes from my home, Southeast Louisiana, so my basis and style of cooking will always be based on that region.

I have over 23 years experience. All of which is hands on all across the United States, learning each regions cuisines in the truest of ways. I have 2 culinary certificates one from the US Navy, honorable discharge, E-3 Culinary Specialist, and second from Augusta Escoffier School of Culinary Arts.
