He enjoys hosting special events and private chef experiences, showcasing his expertise in various styles of cuisine, including burgers and BBQ, southern fare and flavorful island favorites. Chef Quintin is eager to impart his knowledge onto aspiring chefs of all skill levels.

Experiences span from the corner of Michigan in Harbor Beach, to as far as Georgetown Grand Cayman. I've worked alongside notable and celebrity chefs, owners, and consultants.
