Growing up in an Italian family, I was largely influenced by the cooking of my nonni, grandmother, who came from Sicily. As I began to cook professionally, I began incorporating the foods and dishes from the surrounding Mediterranean. I love to eat and am a huge fan of Mexican and Central American cuisines. My style is simple rustic preparations of fresh seasonal ingredients which we are so lucky to have a bounty of in the San Francisco Bay Area.
I am a personal chef with 27 years of experience providing the San Francisco restaurant experience in the comfort of your home. After running a variety of restaurants in San Francisco, both large and small, corporate and family-owned businesses for the past 20 years, I decided to go back to what I love to do - create. My passion is creating menus and collaborating one-on-one with my clients to design meals that feed their souls as well as their stomachs. Whether cooking for an elegant dinner party or a casual group of family and friends I want to share my love of food with you.
