My style is highlighting fresh ingredients with a spin on classical techniques. I am very adaptable and have a diverse knowledge of seasonal/local ingredients and dietary restrictions. I try to use the best organic ingredients I can find.

I have been cooking since I was 6 with my father (who was a chef) and my grandmother who made a mean chocolate pie. I pursuited the professional chef path but realized early on it wasn't for me. I have worked under talented executive chefs at Lucca Cafe in Irvine & Tender Greens in Irvine. I also worked many banquets and weddings. I have hosted many dinners with friends & family also.
