Definitely old school. I focus on seasonal and local ingredients. I am not a tweezer Chef but focus instead on making everything from scratch. I have decades of experience cooking: Mexican, Italian, French, Spanish, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Thai, American (Southern), Indian, Vegetarian, Vegan and all things Dessert, Pastry and Bread.

I have 30+ years as a Professional Chef. Fifteen of these onboard Private yachts and in Private Estates. I am a skilled Pastry Chef as well. I have lived in Paris for a year. I have traveled all throughout coastal Europe on Private Yachts as well as the Caribbean and Bahamas. I lived in Texas, California as well and now reside in Ft. Lauderdale Florida.
