I cook seasonally first and foremost and feel comfortable incorporating local and seasonal ingredients into any style of cuisine. My style ranges from home-style grandma Italian fare to unexpected international menus. I also love working with plant based cuisine and vegan menus.

I am a chef with over 18 years experience working in scratch restaurants as well as for private clients. I have a Masters in Gastronomy from Boston University as well as a cheese monger's certification. I love to teach classes, create exciting bespoke menus, and craft grazing, cheese, and charcuterie tables.
