Always looking for new inspirations, based my cooking on fresh and seasonal ingredients. I beleive learning something new every day its a neccessity for being a chef.

Growing up with a chef dad in Hungary as i say always the cooking is in my blood. Build my career in London worked for big names like Yotam Ottolenghi as head chef, build my own cake company and food catering service and now putting my feet down on LIsbon grounds.
