I’m a self-taught private chef from Hungary with an international culinary background shaped by hands-on experience across different countries and kitchens. My journey started in my mother’s bakery in a small town in Eger, where I learned the foundations of cooking and hospitality. Since then, I’ve worked in a variety of environments—from cafés in New Zealand and surf camps in Portugal to busy kitchens in Thailand and ski resorts in the French Alps. Each place taught me new techniques, ingredients, and ways to create memorable food experiences.
