I am a professional Chef with 10yrs land and 4yrs superyacht experience. Classically trained in French Cuisine with extensive knowledge in a variety of other cuisines and diets. I have traveled around the world with my profession and enjoy exploring new cultures by learning localized culinary techniques. I have been exploring the importance of healthy nutritionally dense meals and strive to provide my clients with great thoughtful food.
