In the intimacy of your home, whether it's a romantic dinner, a convivial evening with friends, a special occasion or a simple weekly menu for those who do not have time and do not want to give up eating healthy and aware. My influences are vegan, vegetarian, macrobiotic, raw, gluten free and when it is possible I use also wild herbs pick up by myself. I take care of the preparation of the agreed menu and, on request, of the expense, the table service and the arrangement of the kitchen.
I'm Elisa and was born in Milano, in the land of Lombardia, and in the blood I also have the sea of Sicilia: these are my origins. I have always eaten little meat, and for this I approach the natural kitchen without the use of products of animal origin.
I use biological or 0 km products, respectful of the environment and those who produced it, seasonal, integral or semi-integral. So not refined. I make my own bread with whole flours and for pastry I use natural sugars, not refined. My recipes come from local traditions with some ingredients from other cultures and ancient knowledge. Mine is a healthy, good, colorful, simple and refined cooking at the same time.
