My philosophy in kitchen is to Think Green by working with fresh, seasonal produce ingredients bought from local farmers breeders and fishermen. I even collects vegetables and herbs from my own garden. Strongly committed to providing guests with an unforgettable dining gastro experience, i like to fuse Cretan and Mediterranean cuisine with modern techniques.
