Hi, I am Angui a 29yo Chef from france. After studying 3 years a culinary Bachelor at EPMTTH school in Paris i decided to work in luxury and fine dining industry in Paris. My experiences in 5 stars hotel and michelin star restaurant gave me the confidence to leave France and work in Australia and Spain. I grew up quickly in the industry and became Head Chef in various restaurant.
