Chef Greg and pastry chef Anna started their career in London. After years of training in three Michelin starred restaurants such as Sketch, they moved to Asia. Broadening their horizons, they explored new ingredients and learnt different techniques. Now they are bringing their knowledge back to Greece, where they will create an unforgettable, unique dining experience for you.
