Our cooking brings together the elegance of French gastronomy and the vibrant flavours of Indian cuisine. We enjoy combining French techniques with regional Indian recipes, aromatic spices, seasonal ingredients and contemporary presentation. From generous, comforting dishes to refined plates and homemade pastries, we create balanced, personalised menus that reflect our two culinary worlds. Every experience is designed around our clients’ tastes, the occasion and the pleasure of sharing good food.

We are a private-chef duo based in Paris, bringing together complementary culinary backgrounds and a shared passion for creating memorable dining experiences. Both trained at Le Cordon Bleu Paris, Alice brings experience in French cuisine, fine pastry and project management, while Ankur brings expertise in Indian regional cuisine, contemporary fusion, menu development and kitchen management. Together, we create personalised menus for private dinners, special occasions and events, combining professional techniques, carefully selected ingredients and attention to detail.
