Mediterranean, Italian, French, Asian and fusion all play a part of my influences.

I have 30 years experience as a chef. I am classic French trained chef who grew up and worked in the UK. I then moved to Italy for 6 years where I worked as a chef gaining experience in Italian cuisine. I am now living in Ibiza so I have lots of Mediterranean influences. Love to travel around Asia and have been to India 22 times so a passion about curries and I even have a mobile tandoori oven.
