I was born in Madrid, with a traveler´s heart. Mexico, UK, Brazil, Italy, Germany,Venezuela, Portugal, Florida, Netherlands, Senegal, Tunisia are some of the countries I traveled to and made my home. All the different flavors found along the way are present in my cooking. I take pride in food for happiness, full of flavor and top notch produce.
Experience
Trained in Basque Culinary Center in San Sebastian (Spain), I have been a private chef for 15 years. I work in Madrid, Denia and Gran Canaria, where I started my business, and wherever my clients will take me. I also divide my time between private dinners, luxury boats, showcookings, cooking workshops and media events.

Great private chef in Malaga
Cata was fantastic - very communicative, nice, and efficient. The food she prepared was delicious and she was very flexible given our dietary restrictions. Would absolutely recommend.

Culinary Delight!
Chef Cata and her assistant, Virginia, created an amazing culinary experience for my family! They were punctual, professional and peerless in the delivery of amazing bites at every course. Our family was reuniting from many countries around the world for a once-in-a-lifetime gathering (Belgium, France, Germany, Spain, Finland and USA) and the quality of food and service was up to the significance of the event! Everyone was happy and I highly recommend Chef Cata.

Excellent!
On Saturday, 15th of April 2023, we (a group of 16 international people) celebrated a reunion in a private location close to El Campello (Alicante) and were treated by a delicious Spanish style dinner created and served by the chef Catalina and her helping hand. Fantastic tapas, great starters, yummi food and beverage served in a very nice and friendly way!! We all loved it and felt being really treated! Thank you so much, Catalina and your assistance!
