My cooking style is a mix of traditional Italian cuisine with German, Asian and South American influences. My relationship with southern Italy is strong, where part of my family comes from. Not too far from Cosenza (Calabria) we have been running a small company for 50 years that offers traditional and organic porcini mushroom products. After almost three years in one of the most famous Italian wine restaurants in Berlin-Mitte, I have also acquired a thorough knowledge of wine. That's why I'm always happy to find the right wine pairing for every dish.
