Professionally trained Canadian Chef with 16 years experience in fine dining, menu development, and private chef catering including 3 years on board private yachts based in Europe and Carribean. Extremely well travelled, primarily travelling France, Italy, Spain, the Caribbean, Bahamas and most of the East Coast of the US. I am a driven culinary leader with a passion for culture and a consistent ability to create new menu items, acquire knowledge, implement seasonal ingredients, and modern techniques.
