Good food for the whole family.

First off, I am trained in french cuisine and experience in many cuisine’s. As you can see looking at my influences. I am also experienced in Indigenous cuisine as well. I like to use classic techniques with indigenous ingredients. Cooking classics are fun and I always try to add my own little twist, but nothing too crazy.

Ive been cooking since at an early age. I loved it since then. Went to college and worked at Fairmont Resort out west then came back to Ontario. I’ve cooked under a quite a few chefs and then later open a couple restaurants, one with a partner and one under company.
