I am happy to cook any style clients want. Since food is the most primitive form of comfort, I like taking comfort foods and putting a gourmet spin on them. Examples of this are chicken & waffle appetizers, ground bison chili, and smoked cheddar mac & cheese.
I'm trained in classical French cooking, but experienced in a wide variety of cuisines. I've worked in fine-dining establishments such as the Fairmont Banff Springs, a private French school, and large-scale catering events. One of my most rewarding positions was working as the chef for a wellness and recovery centre.
