Experience Chef Catherine started to cook with family tradition in France at a young age. She has many experiences to accommodate all kinds of dietary restrictions. She owned some French restaurants. Her passion is about sharing what she learns, and she provides many cooking classes in the comfort of her house—healthy eating and using organic products to bring the best in the recipes. The French flair is never too far away; simple with a lot of taste.
