My cooking style is intuitive, passionate and subtle; this comes from me, like Obelix, having fallen into food and wine ever since I was born :)

I Throughout my career in FMCG, Marketing, Communications, the Media and building my studio of Design lighting and furniture, one passion remained, a thread that never broke: my passion for eating, drinking, cooking and hosting. As I turned 50, I decided culinary experiences and experimenting were what I was going to be doing every day, so here I am. Long story cut short. Cheers
