I am a professional chef with a passion for trying fusion cooking. I got my Diploma in Culinary Arts from Dubai and I am well-versed in Pan-Asian Cuisines. I also pride myself in making fresh pasta. My favorite cuisines are Thai, Chinese, Indian and Pakistani. I am also a trained Barista and love to experiment with different coffee recipes in my spare time.
