Communication: Chef Raul kept in contact throughout the planning stage and the days before our dinner. Personality: Chef was informative, social, considerate, and kind as we peppered him with questions during preparation. Organization: Chef provided a complete setup of table ware (wine glasses, silverware, and plates) and provided a surprise dinner addition of local grilled gulf shrimp. Attention to detail: As it was a French-influenced menu, I was genuinely impressed that Chef Raul even provided Laguiole knives made in France. As a foodie, I was looking for a special event during our vacation in Puerto Morelos, Mexico and came across Chef Raul’s culinary background on the internet site Miummium. His experience and reviews were just what I envisioned, a blend of local fresh ingredients and my love of French food. However, I was not prepared for the care and love he lavished on our dinner. Raul was such an amazing chef. Beyond how amazing his food was, he was a great entertainer and a great guy. He made us margaritas and brought flowers for my girlfriends birthday on his dime. If I'm ever in Playa again I will be giving him a call.

Chef Raul was a joy to work with! He catered to our special meal requests and went above and beyond to make our birthday dinner extra special. His presence was a joy to have in our vacation home. We will certainly use him again!

Raul took great care of us. He was reliable, communicative, and puntual. The food was inventive and very tasty. He's also one of the most interesting people I've met; he's done and seen a lot.

Raul prepared a 4 course meal with wine for a birthday dinner. He was punctual, professional and the food was delicious. We ate salmon, octopus, shrimp, lobster and charcuterie meats. We definitely book again. 5 stars!

Raul is such a class act and his food is amazing! He made my birthday dinner perfect due to his attention to detail. He contacted me in advance regarding the menu and made sure everything was great. He arrived on time and cleaned the kitchen after he was finished. The food and his presentation was amazing!!!! His sauces and bread were also delicious! He also brought a beautiful birthday cake for me and made us delicious coffee for dessert. I highly recommend him!!

If you’re looking for an amazing chef in the Cancun area, look no further! Chef Raul exceeded our expectations. The food was cooked perfectly, he modified his recipes to accommodate several food allergies, and he made us some amazing champagne margaritas with fresh passionfruit. The cherry on top was his warm personality! He even brought decorations for the table scape. Love this guy - make sure you book him if you’re looking for an upscale and professional experience! 10/10 for sure.
