I hired Pat for a birthday dinner celebration and myself and all of our guests couldn't have been more impressed. The food was incredible - Pat was great to work with to make a menu that would fit all. Pat was the best part, super friendly and personable ... not to mention he cleaned the whole kitchen when he was done and it was cleaner than before he arrived! Needless to say, hire Pat, you won't regret it!
