Chef at home Kyle

We were in Montreal celebrating my son's bachelor party and we had Chef Kyle make us a special meal. My son loves traditional French Canadian food and Chef Kyle delivered. We had steak tartare, pork belly cooked with maple syrup, and a luscious dessert that included gluten free cake, caramelized maple syrup, and ice cream. Kyle came fully prepared and the meal was delicious. Clean up occurred without us even noticing it. Some of us like to cook and Chef Kyle was more than willing to share what he did to make the meal and what was special about the ingredients he used. My son has celiac disease and Chef Kyle e was happy to accommodate the dietary restrictions required. I would highly recommend Chef Kyle for your next event.

Chef Kyle prepared an incredible dinner for our group of 7. We requested a traditional Quebecois dinner that was also gluten free, and he far exceeded everyone’s expectations. The food was delicious, the presentation was beautiful and he masterfully managed the dinner for 7 by himself. Not only was the food amazing, but he was so friendly and easy to chat with. Everyone in the group really enjoyed getting to know him and talking with him throughout the evening. I would highly recommend Kyle for any group looking for a private chef experience.
